There’s a few ways to setup your eSIM:

To activate your eSIM after you set up your iPhone, Use QR code. Then, follow these steps:
1. Open the Camera app and scan your QR code.
2. When the Cellular Plan Detected notification appears, tap it.
3. Tap Continue, at the bottom of the screen.
4. Tap Add Cellular Plan.
Enter the eSIM information manually if necessary:
1. Provided below are the eSIM details you need to enter.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap either Cellular or Mobile Data.
4. Tap Add Cellular Plan.
5. Tap Enter Details Manually, at the bottom of your iPhone screen.

Samsung (S20 & Newer)
How to add and activate eSIM on Samsung Galaxy S20 & Newer
Your Samsung Galaxy S22 includes an eSIM which functions as a SIM card. You can use the mobile network after activating the eSIM or installing a nano-SIM card. To activate an eSIM, follow the simple guide below.
● Step 1. Launch the Settings app and tap Connections.
● Step 2. Tap SIM card manager.
● Step 3. Tap Add mobile plan.
● Step 4. Choose Add mobile plan > Scan carrier QR code.
● Step 5. Use your camera to scan the eSIM QR code (Located below )

Having Issues with iPhone eSIM
For help follow these steps,
● Make sure your iPhone supports an eSIM and is on the latest software version.
● If the iPhone wasn't purchased from T-Mobile, make sure that it's unlocked.
● Make sure you're connected to a Wi-Fi network and the internet works.
● If you’re transferring your SIM card or eSIM from your previous iPhone, make
sure both Bluetooth and Password Lock are turned on.
● If you're not using your physical SIM card, remove it from the device.
● Change your SIM to the EID of your new iPhone.
● If you're not automatically prompted to download your eSIM, use the QR code.
● Select the specific postpaid errors that you're getting and follow any steps.
● If the error isn't listed or you're still having issues, contact your Team of Experts.
Having Issues with Android eSIM
For help follow these steps,
● If the device wasn't purchased from T-Mobile, make sure that it's unlocked.
● Make sure you're connected to a Wi-Fi network and the internet works.
● Update the device software to the latest version.
● Restart your device and try again.
● Try to Change your eSIM with the QR code one more time.
